How to stay hydrated during Ramadan ?
Water is very important for our body, but during Ramadan we forget this: To keep yourself refreshed and hydrated in this Holy month you can do this by following some of the important things mentioned below.
Every year people look forward to this Holy month of Ramadan where we abstain from food and drink as soon as the sun rises. It is a time of vision, character assessment and spiritual awakening in which Muslims make themselves bound to discipline and tolerate their bodily desires.

Not drinking enough water whole day while we are fasting not only make your fast difficult, but can also lead to serious health risks due to dehydration.
During Ramadan, you can easily cope with dehydration by changing your Iftar routine.

The only thing that stays on our mind when we fast is water, but for some reason when it comes to Iftar, we almost ignore it. Aim to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water in the morning and evening. The best thing you can do, is to drink one or two cups of water while Iftar and Instead of drinking large amounts of water together at night, gradually distribute it throughout the night.2. Use of yogurt in the Suhoor:

If we say Yogurt a blessing it won't be wrong . The use of yogurt in the Suhoor is very useful for your stomach. It's use does not make you feel thirsty all day long. You can also use yogurt as a Lassi or plain with meals. It not only gives you the right amount of energy you need throughout the day but also protects you from the intensity of thirst.

It is common for people to choose sweet drinks instead of water for Iftar. Soft or fizzy drinks make you feel thirsty and meet your temporary energy needs, however, such drinks are only temporary, they can cause a sudden rise in your blood sugar and later, your body suffers from a large amount of dehydration due to these drinks. If you are not fond of water, substitute it with fresh juices . You can also use Lemonade or Margarita for extra energy.
