  If you have covid-19 or you suspect that you are infected with the coronavirus that causes covid-19 , follow the steps below to prevent the spread of the disease to people in your home and community.  follow it.
 Don't go out of the house except to get medical care

  In addition to receiving medical care, you must restrict activities outside your home.
 Avoid going to work, school or public places.  Avoid using public transportation such as buses or taxis.
  Anyone with symptoms should stay home for at least 7 days.  If you live with other people, they should also stay indoors for at least 14 days to avoid spreading the infection outside the home.  This applies to everyone, whether they have traveled abroad or not.

  Isolate yourself from other people.

  You should live in a special room and away from other people in your home.  Also, you should use a separate bathroom, if available.

Cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing

  When you feel a cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with tissue paper.  Dispose of used tissue immediately in the trash and immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or you can also clean your hands with an alcohol-based solution (sanitizer) that contains at least 60% to 95% alcohol, rub all the surfaces of your hands well until they become dry.

  You should not share drinking bowls, utensils, towels or bedding with other people in your household. Instead, you can use disposable cups or plates.If disposable items not available wash your used items thoroughly and don't share them with others.

  Wash your hands often

  Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.  If soap and water are not available, clean your hands frequently with an alcohol-based solution (sanitizer). Rub it well on all surfaces of your hands until they become dry.

   Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth without washing your hands.

 Clean daily surfaces

 Thoroughly clean everyday surfaces, including your phone, tablets, tables, door knobs , bathroom faucets, toilets, keyboards, and bedside tables, with a bleach or chlorine solution.  Also clean any surface that contains blood, feces, or body fluids.

 Don't panic.In Most people the disease is not severe. Pray,  Recite, Eat good food, Exercise lightly and keep yourself engaged in positive activities. The disease will go away on its own.
